New Member Application

PLEASE READ FIRST

To Existing Members:

• If you pay by credit card (there is a 10.00 fee), your membership will be automativally approved.  If you pay manually (by check) you will receive an invoice with the payment address and your membership status will be Pending Approval.  Your membership will not be updated to Approved status until we receive your payment.

To Those Applying for New Membership:

• Once in the application, please enter "N/A" in the Member No. field and select Yes for "New Member?" to include the initiation fee. 
• Your application must be approved before you pay so please do NOT pay by Credit Card, and instead select the "Manual" (paper check) option.  Your emailed invoice will include the payment address.
• Once you have been notified of your membership approval you should mail your check so that your status can be updated to Approved.
